Free Youth-works with coalition and counselors to coordinate activities to prevent alcohol, drug and tobacco use by youth & promote character development; coordinates "Red Ribbon Week" in the fall

| Cluster VII Parent Advisory Meeting Representative |
Attends the meetings and report highlights back to the PTA (5 meetings annually) |

Coordinates with Greater Reston Art Center and parent volunteers to provide monthly art enrichment programs to the classrooms |

Coordinates w/teachers and administration to arrange performing artists and cultural assemblies for the students |
| Minority Achievement |
Coordinates, promotes, and implements programs and seminars for students, parents and staff that address issues affecting minority achievement |
| Publicity |
Submits articles/photos about school activities to local newpapers |
